M700 Scope Bases

Gruning Scope Bases are unique and innovative in many ways. Our bases are machined from alloy steel. This ensures that the thermal expansion of the scope base will be the same as the receiver and scope rings. With unlike material, such as aluminum, a scope can become loose with a drop in the external temperature. All bases are machined with a deep radius to help stabalize possible side to side movement on the receiver. Our bases also come standard with the larger 8-40 screws. The Gruning BaseLock System is an available option for our scope bases as well. This system locks the base onto the center of the receiver. These features create a scope base that is extremely rigid and stable. Gruning scope bases are the perfect platform to support heavy tactical scopes as well as night vision systems.
